Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Walk-N-Wash self-serve dog wash service. By purchasing a pass or using our facility, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Walk-N-Wash is an unattended self-serve dog wash kiosk. Access is granted via SMS after a successful payment. The facility is available during posted operating hours.

Pass Types & Pricing

• Day Pass — $15: One wash session, valid the day of purchase. Available 10 AM – 8 PM MT.
• Annual Pass — $125 (full year) or $75 (prorated through 12/31/2026): Unlimited washes through December 31, 2026. Available 6 AM – 10 PM MT.
• Voucher Code: Pre-paid single-use wash codes. Valid during Day Pass hours (10 AM – 8 PM MT).

Operating Hours

• Day Pass & Voucher: 10 AM – 8 PM Mountain Time
• Annual Pass: 6 AM – 10 PM Mountain Time

Hours are subject to change for maintenance, holidays, or other operational needs. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to weather, power outages, or equipment failure.

Annual Membership Terms

• 2026 memberships are valid through December 31, 2026.
• Members receive two complimentary day passes per month.
• Annual members have extended access hours and access to premium shampoos and conditioners.
• Membership prices and terms do not increase if renewed prior to expiration.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through CardConnect (Fiserv). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment card. All prices are in US dollars.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased passes. If you experience a technical issue that prevented access after a successful payment, please contact us within 24 hours.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number at checkout and consenting to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from Walk-N-Wash including door access codes, re-entry codes, and account-related notifications.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Your door access code and Pass Key are always shown on-screen at checkout. If you do not consent to SMS (or opt out later), you simply will not receive codes or updates by text message.

Acceptable Use

• The facility is for washing dogs only. No other animals or items.
• Users are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damage caused.
• Please clean up after your pet and leave the facility in good condition.
• Do not share access codes with others. Each code is for single-session use.
• Walk-N-Wash reserves the right to revoke access for misuse or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Walk-N-Wash is provided "as is." We are not liable for injury to you or your pet, loss or theft of property, or any damages arising from use of the facility. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
